Ground X Jiu Jitsu has the largest mat un-interrupted mat space in Ottawa with over 2500 square feet. The facility also emcompasses a dedicated strength training area and trainers who specialize in strength training for Jiu Jitsu.
We offer a complimentary 30 minute orientation. This gives you the opportunity to come in, meet our instructors, your prospective new teammates and try out jiu jitsu!
