School Pickup
We pick your child up directly from Mary Honeywell, St. Patrick, Barrhaven PS, Berrigan, Jockvale, St. Cecilia, or St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Elementary.
Homework & Free Play
Supervised time for homework, quiet reading, or free play, plus a snack.
5:00pm Class Begins
Real jiu jitsu instruction on our mats.
5:45pm
Basic & Premier pickup here. Executive (ages 9+) rolls into a bonus Muay Thai session.
6:30pm
Latest pickup available, for Executive families.

Maximum coverage and maximum training, for the latest working parents.
- Bonus 5:45–6:30pm Muay Thai class (ages 9+), 1.5 hours total training
- Under-9: extended supervised homework/play until 6:30pm instead
- Parent pickup at 6:30pm, the latest available
- Priority school pickup slot

What if my child's school isn't on the pickup list?
Just reach out and let us know which school your child attends. We can usually make an exception for schools within about a 10-minute drive of Ground X, and we'll confirm pickup works before you enroll.
How do you handle safety during pickup and drop-off?
All of our after-school staff are background-checked. Every child is signed in when picked up from school, we text you as soon as your child is picked up, and kids are signed out to a parent or approved guardian at the end of the day. We also share photos from the program regularly so you can see what your child's afternoon looks like.
Does the program run on PD days or school holidays?
No — the After School Program follows the school calendar, so it's not running on PD days, school holidays, or any day your child's school is closed.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract required. Enrollment is month-to-month, so you can join whenever works for your family and cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Once a month's tuition is paid, it's non-refundable, so just let us know ahead of time if you need to make a change for the following month.
Does my child need any prior martial arts experience?
Not at all. The program is designed for complete beginners — no prior jiu jitsu or Muay Thai experience is needed.
