Here's exactly what happens between the final school bell and when you pick your child up.
School Pickup
We pick your child up directly from Mary Honeywell, St. Patrick, Barrhaven PS, Berrigan, Jockvale, or St. Cecilia Elementary.
Homework & Free Play
Supervised time for homework, quiet reading, or free play, plus a snack.
5:00pm Class Begins
Real jiu jitsu instruction on our mats.
5:45pm
Basic & Premier pickup here. Executive (ages 9+) rolls into a bonus Muay Thai session.
6:30pm
Latest pickup available, for Executive families.

$149/wk + HST

The full program: pickup, care, and real training, every single day.
- Daily 5:00–5:45pm jiu jitsu class
- Parent pickup at 5:45pm
- School pickup, supervised homework time, daily snack
Executive
$169/wk + HST
billed $729/mo + HST
Maximum coverage and maximum training, for the latest working parents.
- Bonus 5:45–6:30pm Muay Thai class (ages 9+), 1.5 hours total training
- Under-9: extended supervised homework/play until 6:30pm instead
- Parent pickup at 6:30pm, the latest available
- Priority school pickup slot
Second training session available for ages 9 and up.
